REVERSE Artery Aging (Here’s How)

You’ve heard it before: the weakest link is always the first to break.

And let me tell you the weakest link in your body – your blood vessels.

When your blood vessels age prematurely, you’re a sitting duck for serious health problems, like a heart attack or stroke.

And many people’s blood vessels look 10 or 20 years older than they should.

Fortunately, scientists have just discovered some easy ways to REVERSE the aging of our blood vessels.

And you don’t need to take a single prescription drug.

Scientists at Harvard Medical School have uncovered the cellular mechanisms that cause blood vessels to age.

As we age, the scientists discovered, our blood has a harder time moving around our bodies. This is because our blood vessels age, too.

Old blood vessels result in less oxygen, less nutrients, and poor waste removal throughout the body.

This leads to a buildup of toxins and unhealthy tissues.

But the scientists didn’t stop there, they found that the genes in our bodies respond to exercise and what we eat.

What they discovered are nutrients that reverse the aging of our blood vessels–plant-nutrients—which most of us don’t get enough of.

We used to think the most powerful plant nutrient was resveratrol (found in red grapes), but it turns out that resveratrol doesn’t act alone. Resveratrol needs other plant nutrients to work well.

Here are a few of the studies showing how powerful plant nutrients are for the whole body:

  • University of Warwick researchers in England found that resveratrol and hesperetin (found in oranges) decrease blood sugar and reduce heart disease.
  • Researchers from Virginia Tech, Roanoke College, and the National Institute on Aging found that the resveratrol-enriched diet prevented aging by improving both muscle and nerve cells.
  • Polyphenols were found to reduce the effects of high blood sugar and lower inflammation.
  • Anthoxanthins in plants were found to protect our brains from Alzheimer’s.

While you can find a lot of these plant nutrients in the food you eat, I think it’s much better to get them in a concentrated superfood mixture you can easily add to anything you are eating or take as a drink.

Just go to www.pipingrock.com and search “superfood.” You’ll find plenty of choices.
