SHOCKING Soda Study Will Make You Ditch Soft Drinks

In 2008 I sat down to write a book about the dangers of sugar.

I remember scouring the internet for a health organization that clearly told people to stay away from it.

The American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society failed the test. None made the dangers of sugar clear.

In fact, there wasn’t a SINGLE one that warned folks to steer clear of sugar except for the American Dental Association, which said that sugar can rot your teeth.

Boy, have times changed!

Now, almost every mainstream health organization cautions against eating too many sugary foods… especially sodas. And for good reason.

Research has ALREADY linked soda drinking to fatty liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and Alzheimer’s.

And now a shocking study has revealed a new soda threat that could send you into an early grave.

The truth is a regular soda habit is every bit as damaging as smoking cigarettes.

And for proof, you don’t need to look any further than a disturbing new study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention. The research revealed that drinking soda increases your risk of DYING from cancer.

The researchers tracked the health data of almost one million Americans for 30 years.

Once the numbers were crunched and analyzed, they found that folks who drank just two sugary beverages a day had a…

  • nine percent increase in their risk of dying from colon cancer
  • seventeen percent jump in their risk of dying from kidney cancer

The study also found that body weight, which is driven up by soda consumption, is a significant risk factor as well.

Not a surprise, since fat cells are metabolically active. In fact, they pump inflammatory adipokines (molecules secreted by fat tissues) into your bloodstream, creating the perfect chemical environment for cancer to grow.

And in one final caution against soda drinking, remember that many cancers are also known to be obligate glucose feeders – meaning that they use SUGAR to grow.

The fix is simple. Ban sodas from your diet. Swap the soft drinks out for tea, coffee, or water instead.

P.S. People gulp down soda without a thought about long-term health consequences. But regularly sipping soda could DESTROY this organ.
