This Simple Formula CURES Diabetes

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

We’ve all been told the same lie our whole lies… that type 2 diabetes is completely incurable.

Once you have it, you have it for life.

And, believe me, the drug companies have no interest in curing the disease. Why would they cure you if they could keep you on expensive diabetes medications for life?

But if you’re ready to STOP managing your diabetes… and start CURING it, I have some great news.

Because a new study in the British Medical Journal, titled “Beating Type 2 Diabetes into Remission” offers a simple formula for making diabetes disappear.

And there are absolutely NO drugs required.

I’ve been telling patients for years that the first step in stopping diabetes is to look at what you are eating.

No surprise there, right?

Limit your sugar intake, and stop eating foods that act like sugar (white grains and starchy vegetables).

The second step, as I’m sure you’ve heard plenty of times, is to lose weight.

What is incredible about the BMJ study is that it showed the exact formula for stopping diabetes.

The study found that by dropping an average of 33 pounds, most people’s blood sugar readings returned to normal.

Even more incredible, this worked even in people who were diabetic for 10 years.

Imagine having a disease for 10 years and watching it disappear.

In order to lose weight, you need to make sure you are getting the right nutrition, building muscles with exercise, and balancing your blood sugar.

One of the keys to blood sugar management is to make sure you are getting the nutrients your body needs to metabolize and process sugar.

The best nutrients for helping your body balance blood sugar are chromium and the herbal extract berberine. You can find them at pretty much any vitamin or supplement shop.

I know that sometimes being told to lose weight isn’t very helpful… it can seem like the end is never in sight.

But if you’re significantly overweight, set a goal to lose 33 pounds – the amount from the BMJ study. And help yourself out by taking chromium and berberine.

You could be well on your way to finally curing your diabetes for good.

Health and Happiness,
