Tame "Tummy Troubles" NATURALLY
In reality, stomach issues seldom get the attention they deserve.
Most doctor’s visits are laser-focused on the “big issues” like blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, and cholesterol… or acute illnesses like infections.
And many folks who suffer from belly troubles rarely mention them either. Some fear their doctors won’t take them seriously.
Others think their symptoms aren’t serious enough to seek “medical help.” And some simply worry they’ll be given yet another prescription to fill… which is the LAST thing they want.
If this sounds like you, you DO deserve help. And it doesn’t have to come in the form of a pill.
Chances are you’ve never heard the term “functional dyspepsia” (FD) before.
Although it’s estimated this common condition strikes up to one in five Americans, many of those folks never get properly diagnosed.
Folks with FD often battle reoccurring heartburn, stomach pain, bloating, nausea, and vomiting. But instead of an actual diagnosis, their symptoms get labeled “tummy troubles” or something else vague.
But what FD does to your quality of life isn’t vague at all.
Well, researchers gave volunteers suffering from FD either ginger supplements or a placebo for a month. And the results were remarkable.
Nearly 80 percent of the folks taking the ginger supplement saw significant improvements in their stomach pain symptoms versus 21 percent of those given the placebo. But it gets even better.
The improvements lasted throughout the entire study. Plus, the degree of relief from some of the worst symptoms was FIVE TIMES HIGHER in folks taking ginger compared to the placebo.
Now, I’m betting these results don’t entirely surprise you. After all, ginger has long been used as a “kitchen cure” for common stomach ailments.
But, while the mainstream wrote off the herb’s reputation for battling stomach pain as “unscientific” and dismissed it as “folk medicine,” this research proves we were right all along.
There are plenty of ways to use ginger. My personal favorite is to cook with it. You’ll find fresh ginger root in just about any supermarket. Plus, ginger can be used to make a pleasant, stomach-pain soothing tea. (Check online for a recipe.)
But if you’re battling FD, the best way to consistently get the dosages you need to ease the stomach pain is to take a daily supplement like the folks in the study.
They took 200 mg twice a day, a fairly low and easy-to-find dosage—plus, it’s affordable.
In fact, you can pay as little as $1 a week. And I think we can agree that’s a bargain for getting your stomach-pain-free life back.
P.S. Alarming heartburn side effect REVEALED!
