A second-floor appointment can be an opportunity to take the stairs. Commercial breaks can become resistance band pauses. And shopping trips can transform into “how far away can I park?” challenges.

The power of fitness is not found in intense exercise programs but in consistently moving your body. Little changes like setting an alarm to remind yourself not to sit for too long can lead to BIG benefits.

Starting small is the key to exercising without becoming overwhelmed. Commit to just five to 10 minutes daily of intentional movement.
