[Discovered!] The REAL Cause of Alzheimer’s

Let’s get real: Alzheimer’s disease has NOT always been around.

Sure, most of us become forgetful as we get older…  but full-blown memory destruction didn’t happen to millions of seniors a hundred years ago.

Recent research has uncovered why the REAL cause of this modern epidemic.

And it all comes down to the mainstream’s banishment of foods rich in a certain nutrient.

But you don’t have to be the next victim.

Because NEVER getting Alzheimer’s is as easy as enjoying more of your favorite foods!

A new study put out by Arizona State University Neurodegenerative Disease Research Center investigated how specific nutrient deficiencies cause Alzheimer’s.

For the research, scientists gave mice with Alzheimer’s choline supplements and then looked for changes in their brains.

At the end, they found that the mice given high levels of choline experienced significant memory improvements.

But how does choline work?

The researchers found that choline reduced the activation of microglia.

Microglia are specialized cells in the brain that holds the brain together and also work as the brain’s trash removal system.

If the microglia become too active, it causes brain inflammation and nerve death. Choline blocks that activation and the development of amyloid-beta plaques (a key feature of Alzheimer’s disease).

Countless seniors are deficient in choline because the mainstream has told you to stay away from choline-rich foods like steak, eggs, and liver.

But if you shouldn’t listen to that noise if you want keep your memory.

Instead load up on these foods, as well as poultry, leafy greens and peanuts.

Or pick up a choline supplement from your local pharmacy.
