But what I want to talk about today isn’t death specifically, but dying regrets.

I want to share with you the TOP SEVEN regrets people express at the end of their lives.

Because avoiding them can improve your life RIGHT NOW and LATER on your deathbed.

I’m a big believer in working as HARD as we can to be as HEALTHY as possible.

After all, it gives us more time to devote to the things that really matter.

  • Not being yourself: Many people say they’re sorry they didn’t have the guts to live according to their values, dreams, and goals because of societal or family pressures.

  • Hiding feelings: Many wish they’d been more open and honest with the people they love about their feelings. They feel bad they didn’t resolve problems, express thanks, or show affection.
  • Not nurturing relationships: Not devoting enough time and effort to nourishing relationships with family, friends, and romantic partners was a common regret.
