Antidepressants Are RUINING Your Heath! (SHOCKING!)

We all get sad now and then. But if you’ve ever suffered from depression, you know how it’s different.

Things like going to the store… visiting your family… and even just getting out of bed can seem impossible.

And your mainstream doc does little to help you.

They’ll just tell you to “look on the bright side” as they write you a prescription for an antidepressant.

But what he won’t tell you is that these “happy pills” can flat out RUIN your health.

Here’s what you need to know.

The first antidepressants hit the U.S. market in the late 1980’s and their popularity was slow growing for the first few years.

But by the early 1990’s they had exploded into the mainstream.

And since it was clear to Big Pharma that antidepressants were big business, they rolled out dozens more of these mind-altering pills in the following decades.

The first studies showed these medications were safe and helped 60-70 percent of the folks taking them.

But now we know these drugs are anything but safe.

Because modern research shows that antidepressants can:

  • Double your risk of bone fractures
  • Make you gain weight
  • Destroy your libido
  • Increase your risk of stroke and heart attack by 35 percent
  • And cause violent behavior and suicide.

Fortunately, there are natural ways to beat depression, too.

Dr. Scott’s DEFEAT Depression Protocol:

  • Exercise: I know when you are feeling low it is hard to get out and do something like exercise. But do it anyway. Start with whatever you can do, like walk, swim, ride a bike.
  • Sleep: This can be hard sometimes, but If you need help, look to melatonin, theanine, and calming herbs to help you.
  • Magnesium: I recommend taking 400 mg of magnesium a day. Magnesium is also good for your heart, your brain, your muscles.
  • Stop Brain Inflammation: Your brain is especially susceptible to inflammation and high inflammation can cause depression. I like Curcumin and Bacopa to support good brain health.
