“Cruise Control” Method MELTS FAT (Incredible!)

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

It seems like everything these days is instant.

You can send an email to a friend and they can read it seconds later… you order something online and it ships right away… you can even rent a movie through your TV!

While all this convenience is great, I like to take things a little slower.

I LIKE to stop and smell the roses… and sometimes things are better when you wait.

But now, you can have it both ways when it comes to weight loss.

It’s called the “cruise control” method, and it helps you shed weight FAST!

All without you lifting a finger…

If you’ve ever been interested in a low-carb diet, but took one look online or bought a book and felt overwhelmed, then I have great news for you…

There’s a MUCH easier way.

It’s called slow-carb… and despite how it sounds, you can get results fast.

In a slow-carb diet, you don’t worry about how many grams of carbohydrates you eat a day, unlike the traditional low-carb diet.

Instead you simply stay away from “fast carbs” that turn to sugar in your body. These are what pack on the pounds. I’m talking about foods with processed grains like cookies, breads, pasta, and rice. You’ll also want to avoid potatoes and anything with sugar in it, including most fruits and soda.

What you want to stick with are more complex carbs that release sugar slowly, like whole grain products (though you’ll want to keep these to a minimum).

One of the best parts about the slow-carb method is that many folks can take a break on the weekend, eat anything they want, and then pick back up again on Monday.

And there’s still PLENTY you can eat. Here’s my quick and easy guide:

  • Animal proteins:Eggs, dairy, chicken, beef, pork, and fish
  • Legumes:Lentils, black beans, pinto beans, red beans, and soybeans
  • Vegetables:Spinach, asparagus, peas, green beans, sauerkraut, and cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and Brussels sprouts), greens
  • Fruits: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
  • Fats:Butter, olive oil, coconut oil

A slow-carb diet gives you some flexibility and helps you control your blood sugar, which has tremendous benefits for your heart, brain, and longevity.

P.S. Did you know that cutting carbs can also SAVE your memory? Find out more right here.
