The "FAST" Way to A Slimmer and Healthier YOU

There’s something so exciting about the first day of the year. Everything feels fresh and new. And the possibilities are endless!

It’s that feeling that makes New Year’s Resolutions so popular.

I’m not a fan of making a long list of impossible tasks to accomplish before the end of the year. That’s a setup for failure.

But I DO like the idea of making one significant commitment. Especially if it’s ONE change that delivers BUNCHES of benefits.

And I’ve got something that fits the fill.

In fact, this resolution can lead to a slimmer waistline, reduced cholesterol, lower blood sugar, better blood pressure, and more.

And starting it today could make 2023 your BEST year yet.

I’m talking about fasting.

I’ve mentioned this diet trick before. But the first day of the year is the perfect time to revisit it.

Don’t worry. You won’t have to go without food for days on end.

Instead, I’m talking about intermittent fasting. It works by compressing your eating schedule.

All you have to do is condense your meals into a 10-hour window every day. So you get all the health benefits of fasting WITHOUT the gnawing hunger pains.

In a 12-week study of mostly obese folks, intermittent fasting reduced body weight and BMI, improved blood pressure, and lowered blood sugar.

The benefits didn’t end there either.

It also improved the volunteer’s sleep. And, as I’ve explained many times before, sleep is VITAL for good health.

Incredibly, there were no restrictions on what the participants could eat…  only the amount of time in which they could do it. And most of the volunteers found they had no trouble pushing their breakfast back until later in the morning (say, eating their first meal at 10:00 AM).

But if fasting for 14 hours between means sounds overwhelming, don’t worry. You can start with an 8-hour fast and then slowly work up to 14 hours.

Studies show you can still get many health benefits with a shorter fasting window.

P.S. I’m sure you know that getting ENOUGH sleep is good for you. But what does that mean, exactly? Thanks to new research, we FINALLY have an answer to that question.
