Why You Can’t Lose Weight (And How to Fix It)

Remember how easy it used to be to lose weight?

You’d cut back a little on food… exercise a bit more… and the fat would just fall off. 

These days, it feels like you have to struggle for every pound.

But this doesn't happen to everyone.

There are ways to balance your hormones and maintain your metabolism – if you know what you're doing.

The first thing to know is that your metabolism is closely related to your muscle mass.

That means the more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism.

One of the best ways to lose weight is to increase your muscle mass by exercising and lifting weights. But exercise alone is not enough.

Here are some other ways to rev up your metabolism:
